Urgent Need for a QA Lead----3 Spots!!!!

I have a urgent need for 3 QA Leads. They must have Lead experience and must have Broker Dealer experience. Below are the details

Location Philadelphia, PA 

Duration 6 Months+

Rate $50-55/hr

Description

Requirements:

• 7 to 10+ years experience as a "hands on" QA Analyst
• 3 to 4 years of QA Lead experience
• 5 to 10 years Broker Dealer business experience
• Ability to understand the financial business domain
• Strong knowledge of Broker/Dealer Processes & Operations
• Account Opening
• Trading
• Settlement & clearance
• Wealth Management
• Portfolio modeling and construction
• Data warehousing/Analytics
• Ability to function independently with little supervision
• Ability to learn new systems and their business purpose within a short period of time
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
• Strong leadership skills required. 
• Proven ability to "take the lead" and direct the QA team to accomplish the project goals is a must.
• Ability to function in a quick paced environment and be responsive to client needs.
• 2+ years of experience leading offshore resources (assigning work, monitoring progress, checking results).
• Must have a working knowledge of databases, including relationships and hierarchy, to perform queries as part of testing criteria. Analyst must also develop an understanding of the business use of all applications.
• Strong understanding of the Quality Assurance Process Methodology.
• Bachelors Degree related to Information Technology
• Extensive experience with Quality Center
• Some knowledge of Quick Test Pro would be helpful……but not required.
• Some knowledge of Load Runner would be helpful…….but not required.
