We are seeking to hire a dynamic and creative individuals to join our product development team in Dallas, Texas. The role of UI Developer is responsible for developing products on the SalesForce platform that support the Axiom Sales Methodology. Sales Cloud product design, development and Configuration tasks are the main focus of this role, this is NOT a consulting role.

Responsibilities:

Be a UI Superstar - Architect, design, and implement navigation, notification, and search UIs for our desktop and tablet applications

Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well

Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites

Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements

Participate and promote architectural initiatives, balancing long-term velocity with short-term customer needs

Support requirements gathering and solution design activities for Salesforce.com Sales Cloud application development and packaging

Required Skills:

5-10 years of related experience

Proven and demonstrable track record of being an elite performer in their current and past roles

Elite User interface programming skills including HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and cross-browser and device development

Significant experience in optimizing web UI browser performance

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts

Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases

Experience with Java programming or other Object Oriented language

Understanding of XML, DOM, and other W3C standards

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Desired Skills:

Good understanding of usability and visual design principles

Experience building Software as a Service (SaaS) applications

Experience with Agile software development and Test Driven Development methodologies

CRM domain knowledge

Master's degree in computer science
