Job Title : Business Analyst

Location: Des Moines, IA

Duration: Min 12 months

Interview: Phone possibly Skype

Looking for someone who has WebServices and XML experience.

The position will be a technical analyst and provide development support to application groups in Servicing Technology. Mortgage Web Services (MWS) is an SOA based Web Services component that provides all Servicing applications data access to the Servicing System of Record. The resource will be primarily focused on analysis, design, and documentation needs related to MWS. This resource will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams, reviewing business and technical documentation, conducting data analysis, and developing related data mapping and design documentations.

Responsibilities

· Provide technology support for application development teams with all MWS integration, data and functional requirements

· Create and improve documentation to support Application Development teams with MWS integrations

· Develop Data Mapping documents to support Application development and SOR integration by comparing data present in the System of Record with the Web Service XML response.

· Develop Systems Architecture diagrams and Technical Design documents

· Review Business Requirements and Technical Specifications to identify data and functional requirements

· Use tools such as SoapUI or others to develop test cases, perform data validation and conduct integration testing

Basic Qualification:

· 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, design and testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Demonstrated knowledge of XML related technologies - XML Schemas, XSD’s, Web Services and SOAP

· Strong ability to perform data analysis, gap analysis, and develop relevant data mapping documents

· Has experience developing architectural diagrams and technical design documentation

· Demonstrated experience supporting Applications development teams as a strong technical resource.

· Proven communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities and shifting timelines.

· Understanding of the system development lifecycle processes

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Sharepoint

· Knowledge of and experience with the Mortgage/Servicing LOB
