Interview Process:

1)       HR screen (phone)

2)      Technical interview with their Architect - (face to face if local; skype if out of area)

3)      Final interview with IT Director ¿ (face to face if local; skype if out of area); this will not be nearly as technical, but more of a personality feel / cultural fit
