| Required Skills:
Senior to expert level SQL developer with at least five (5) years of IT experience. MSSQL design and development of stored procedures Architecting and describing technical solutions to functional and non-functional system requirements. Proven ability to develop formal requirement deliverables utilizing Gap Analysis templates. Proven ability to design interfaces and remote upload processes.
Proven ability to translate requirements into formal test cases, test scripts and run test and collect test evidence. Proven ability to work with processes for the review, negotiation, and acceptance of formal project
Desired Skills: Microsoft Reporting Services. UML
Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience in school and/or district data systems.
Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience with other state data systems and/or state data extraction for reporting.
Demonstrated strong people skills.
Detail-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
