-          Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies .NET 4.0, C#, WPF, MVVM, Prism, EF

-          Strong understanding of .NET client/server, .NET web and object oriented analysis & design

-          Strong in architecture patterns like MVP, MVC, MVVM etc

-          Customer management

-          Good communication skills

-          Ability to lead the team and mentor

-          Provide technical guidance

-          Good team player
