Need Senior Business Analyst @ WA- Min 9 years exp required

Hello,

 

We have an urgent requirement of Senior Business Analyst with one of our direct client in WA.

 

Start Date: June 11th, 2012

End Date: Sep 30th, 2013

Duration: 16 Months with possible extension of another one year

 

 

 

1. Qualifications- Mandatory and Highly Desirable Experience and Qualifications

a. Mandatory Experience and Qualifications:

· Journey to Senior level with at least three (3) years of IT experience in business, systems and data analysis.

· Proven ability to facilitate the collection of ideas and information conducting extensive interviews, perform analysis, and document the results – in narrative form as well as with graphics.

· Proven ability to communicate and coordinate with vendor staff to translate and deliver OSPI user requirements into product configurations or customized code.

· Proven ability to develop formal requirement deliverables utilizing use case models.

· Proven ability to translate requirements into formal test cases, test scripts, execute tests and collect test evidence

· Proven ability to develop training objectives and materials.

b. Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:

· Excellent PC skills with a basic understanding of .NET and SQL.

· Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience working with government projects, applications, and users.

· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and facilitate communication amongst its members.

· Excellent PC skills, particularly in writing business documents and in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze business requirements.
