Addon Technologies is looking for a Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) for our off shore with excellent communication skills. This would be for the Night Shift (MUST).
Job Summary:
Technical Recruiter with US Staffing experience Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills Strong Communication skills with a passion for recruitment Ability to meet tight deadlines should be willing to work in the Night Shift.
Job Description:
Minimum 1year experience in US Recruitment
Sound Experience on portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp.
Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks with minimum Turn-Around-Time
Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions
Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
Education: Bachelors / MBA-HR/PGDM
Job Location: Hyderabad
Should be willing to work in Night Shift –MUST
