Testers with Incident Management, Defect Tracking, excellentcommunication skills  9/10 and prior support experience ideallyor open to that and they are on call….that would fit as well.

Duration:  3 year project 
Location: St LOUIS, MO

 They key to this position is being an expert atmanaging incidents, analyzing, troubleshooting 

 Communication Skills must be outstanding
