¨       Lead various IBM technical communities like 'IBM India Java Community', DEAN (DE Action Network) community. Actively involved in capability building of Application Architects, Identifying areas of improvement, arranging training on those areas, through effective collaboration with other Architects.

¨       Experienced working directly with client for two years with McKesson using Scrum Methodology and two & half years for Qwest Communications International Inc., Denver, CO, USA using Extreme Programming (XP) methodology.
