· Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager.
· Deep Experience on Compensation Management related business processes.
· Knowledgeable about Fusion Co-Existence scenarios.
· Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security
· Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application.
· Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models
· Good Communication and status reporting with customer
· Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team |
| | | · Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments
· Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis |
| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Work with IT and Business management to evaluate complex user requirements
· Propose solution to the customer for best fit of functional requirements
· Design document and solution document preparation
· Configure the application to implement business requirements

· Have strong base on implementation project related activities
