Fusion HCM Implementation Consultant
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
:
·        6+ Years of IT experience, 1.5 – 2 Yrs of Fusion HCM experience
Technical/Functional Skills
:
·        Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application in Fusion Compensation Management.
·        Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager.
·        Deep Experience on Compensation Management related business processes.
·        Knowledgeable about Fusion Co-Existence scenarios.
·        Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security
·        Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application.
·        Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models
·        Good Communication and status reporting with customer
·        Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team
 
 
·        Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments
·        Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis
Roles & Responsibilities
:
·        Work with IT and Business management to evaluate complex user requirements
·        Propose solution to the customer for best fit of functional requirements
·        Design document and solution document preparation
·        Configure the application to implement  business requirements
·        End User Training
·        Have strong base on implementation project related activities
·        Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models
·        Conducts system analysis and software design proposals
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills
 

:
·        Able to plan/track tasks/activities / coordinate and report on periodical basis to TCS and customer management
·        Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and customer interaction on need basis
·        Good in problem approaching with innovate thinking and able to approach / addressing the problems with process / people and ensuring review effectiveness on regular basis is must
