UX Designer

New York City ,NY.

·        Must have 8+ yearsof Experience with Good exposure on advertising systems and the domain.

·        Must haveDesigned the Whole System

·        Strong workingknowledge of JavaScript/CSS/JQuery/HTML5 and web application development inJava

·        Strong workingknowledge on at least two or more of the following: Python, PHP, Ruby,Max/MSP/Jitter, Processing, Go, Objective C

·        Familiarity withDigital Advertising Domain especially Ad Trafficking and Media Planning

·        Track record ofachieving commercial or artistic success from creative technological endeavorsis a plus.

·        At least 5 yearsof experience leading UX researchefforts in a product development organization

·        Demonstratedexpertise with usability testing, contextual inquiry, heuristic evaluation,card sorting, and survey design. Familiarity with Net Promoter Scoremethodology.

·        Familiarity withWeb analytics and A/B testing

·        Undergraduate orGraduate degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design,Interactive or Multimedia Design, or related field

·        5+ years ofinteraction design experience in: Transactional application

·        5+ design,Usability Expertise, Product development, User research, Informationarchitecture, Aesthetic design, Data visualization,

·        5+ Businessprocess and workflow modeling

·        5+ years ofexperience in software product design and development

Ability to meet aggressivedeadlines is a must. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and itsvarying methodologies is necessary for success.
