Education, Experience and Skills: These roles require: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields (or equivalent knowledge, skill, experience and mental development) 
• Five or more years of progressive responsibility and experience in application design and development with an emphasis on mainframe, object oriented client server and/or web application development with recent experience in the specified technologies; 
• Experience mentoring junior developers or experience as lead developer on large projects with multiple developers. 
• Extensive knowledge of Information Technology concepts and principles, the theories and functions of computer systems; 
• Principles and techniques of n-Tier, object oriented development; 
• Working knowledge of the methods, procedures and techniques of conducting feasibility studies for system conversions and enhancements; 
• Ability to analyze data logically and exercise sound judgment in defining and evaluating problems of an operational or procedural nature; 
• Ability to gain and maintain effective working relationships with associates, vendors, clients, and others; 
• Ability to coordinate the activities of work associates to achieve desired results; and 
• Developed oral and written communication skills to present technical information to others with clarity and precision.

• Midrange Microsoft Platform: Client/Server (a) Visual Studio (VB.NET, C#.NET) 
• MS Access 
• SQL Server and ADO.NET 
• Reporting Services (Crystal or SQL Reporting) 
• Midrange Microsoft Platform: Web Development (a) Visual Studio and/or Visual Designers (SharePoint Designer) 
• ASP.NET (VB.NET and/or C#.NET ) 
• HTML, JavaScript and CSS 
• MS Expression Blend 
• SQL Server including SQL Reporting Services development and SQL Server Integration Services 
• MS Access
• MOSS 2010
