This position will is responsible for the technical management and administration of the CLIENT public and private websites. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Change control for the websites including site content, graphics, and materials (forms, news, etc..). 

Debug content issues and site problems as needed; handles most complex web-based projects or software issues. 

Web property tool and content management administration (especially for Websphere Content Management) 

On an ad-hoc basis, support creative team in creating web design solutions used in advertising, marketing communication and sales promotion materials 

Works with external vendors, service bureaus, or internal IT in supporting CLIENT websites. This position will work closely with the IT department during technical releases. 

Keeps abreast of the latest web-based technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of its competition and its users have the best available tools. 

Maintains web content, ensuring that the published communication materials are up-to-date and reflect highly upon Athene. 

EXPERIENCE: 

Five or more (5+) years of experience in web administration and/or web design. 

Experience with HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Javascript, Illustrator and other web design tools. 

Experience with IBM Websphere Content Manager a major plus 

Knowledge of contemporary web technology such as responsive design and mobile development 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Two year degree in web design, art or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
