The Digital Business Analyst will engage with business users in order to identify & accurately capture requirements. Central responsibility for liaison with the business gathering and ensuring acceptance of requirements for the Customer Experience team across channels
- Ensure requirements are captured through the organization both horizontally and vertically
- Liaison with the 'business' to ensure their understanding and acceptance of requirements
- Document and control of project requirements and scope
- Assist the Design & Delivery teams to produce impact assessments, through (wireframes, sitemap, process flows diagrams etc.) and solutions options papers
- Liaison with the Testing team to assist them with Test Case development
- Assist in the handover and knowledge transfer of the requirements to the design & development team and other team members
Knowledge and Skills: - Technical/Educational: Strong passion for Web, experience in Information Architecture, Wireframing (screen mock-ups) working with Interface Designers. Web development technologies (HTML/CSS, & Java or ASP.NET) will be desirable
- Experience: Drive and manage multiple concurrent sets of requirements; Experience in working across the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and a passion for Web solutions, with a good knowledge of Web Technologies
- Relationship: Experience working with third parties and off-shoring is desirable; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with a plethora of individual types
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor teams and individuals ;Proactive, accurate and highly reliable; Self-motivated and ability to motivate others; Ability to listen, question and challenge
- Environment: Recent experience in a medium to large size company at an enterprise technology level preferably in an On-line environment (E-commerce).
