Need Project Manager with Government exp @ NC

Hi,

 

We have an immediate requirement with our direct client for a Senior Project Manager with government experience.

 

Please do not submit candidates who do not have all the required skills.

 

Position: Project Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 1 year

 

Required:
• Minimum 10 yrs of successful experience managing development and implementation of new, large-scale, complex solutions in an environment of rapidly changing requirements
• Strong leadership qualities with superb interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Ability to become subject matter expert and leverage technical expertise to guide software development team to meet business requirements
• IT acumen with strong strategic visioning, tactical planning and understanding of government organizational policies
• Demonstrated software development project management skills and ability to execute multiple concurrent objectives while partnering with business resources, vendors and third-party consultants to deliver required project results
• Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing capabilities
• Proven leadership/project management track record of large-scale, complex IT development and implementation initiatives
• Proven experience on multiple projects bridging business and technical domains to achieve project success
• Specific experience with project management methodologies and working in an environment consisting of multiple vendors
• Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act''s provisions applicable to the project is strongly desired

Preferred:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
