Salesforce.com Architect

Location: Morristown, NJ

Duration: 4 months

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

The Consultant will be expected to deliver the following:

 

Take content portal analysis recommendations to migrate existing content into single repository; maintain it, and publish it

 

Collaborate with client IT to approve proposed solutions

 

Define organization and setup delivering single repository for all Business Units (SBUs) and marketing documentation that serves the needs of internal and external customers

 

Provide an inventory of all existing Sales and Marketing content

 

Prepare for an Information Architecture assessment for all Sales/Marketing content (i.e. Content structure, ownership, system of record, etc.)

 

Document and obtain commitment from all relevant stakeholders for a governance process to define content management lifecycle (i.e. content creation, categorization, maintenance and dissemination)

 

Provide an approach to migrate existing content Engage with client IT to align deliverables with capabilities and overall strateg

 

Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.

 

Description:

 

Talented Salesforce.com consultant to guide a content portal analysis and recommend requirements for governance, content types and create a metatagging process for all content (e.g., business, marketing, technology, sales). In addition, this person will identify integration touch points and provide guidance on next steps (e.g synch sharepoint with sfdc content). This person will partner with IT to develop a longer-term technical roadmap and solution. The total effort needs to consider dissemination of documentation to internal commercial teams and to customers
