Job Description: Good-to-have skills	1.    Good knowledge in RMAN Backup and database restore 2.    Problem resolving in instance and Database level 3.    Performance tuning 4.    Recover catalog maintenance 5.    Offshore team maintenance 6.    Upgrade knowledge 8x, 9x, 10x to 11gR2 7.    Gird Agent starts, stop status and solve Grid related problem 8.    Should be able to suggest Genzyme with latest technologies in Oracle and implement the same 9.    Strong Communication skills 10.
