Bunge USA requires two experienced Salesforce Developer. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering software solutions to their stakeholders in Sales that drive the acquisition and retention of Multi-site customers. As well as iterative development they will be involved in all stages of their projects: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout, the provision of reporting and any further learning.
In particular the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and re-engineering of the Salesforce.com platform that supports the Sales team, including resolution of existing issues, re-designing of custom objects, bespoke development using APEX and Visualforce, and re-designing the various batch processes that update the solution using Dataloader.
Knowledge and Skills: - Iterative software development involving daily contact with product owners and end users
- Responsibility for and accountability to your own product backlogs
- Prioritization of own workload
- Provide support for and changes to existing systems
- Contribution to the data and solution architecture of all team projects
- Integration of new builds, retirement of redundant systems and consolidation of existing software
- Developing software with the active participation of the end user
- Delivering to time and quality whilst maintaining flexibility of priority and scope
- Build working relationships with your key stakeholders and communicate the technical aspects of your deliveries effectively
- Contribute to the design and introduction of a Sales relationship management system
Requirements: - Salesforce DEV 401 qualification or demonstrable experience of Salesforce development
- Experience with writing and developing triggers, Apex, Visualforce
- Experience with Apex Data Loader, Eclipse
- MS access, SQL server, Excel
- Proven analytic and numeric ability
- Experience working in project environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to own initiative
