Senior Salesforce.com Developer


Description: We are searching for outstanding developers to be responsible for developing innovative enterprise class applications. The developer will work closely with our project managers, strategists and design team members to develop and deploy product-grade scalable enterprise applications with special focus on user experience.

Developer should be proficient on Salesforce.com platform development including:  Salesforce.com development with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers, Workflow, custom controllers, reports, dashboards, HTML, Profiles, Custom Settings, REST & SOAP API, XML.

The position is a full-time position in Dallas, Texas area with Salary of $75-$95k depending on experience.

Role: Salesforce.com application developer

Job Duties:

  • Confirms and understands project requirements by reviewing functional design, input data, and output requirements with business analyst, supervisor, and customer.
  • Creates technical design. Contributes in definition of functional design and interacts with project managers and business owners to refine graphical design of applications.
  • Coding and unit testing
  • Uses standard software lifecycle procedures and tools, i.e. documentation, coding standards, source control, etc
  • Helps production support and consulting groups in production deployment
  • Ensures operation of applications during QA and production phases. Provides technical support and bug fixing as needed.
  • Adheres to procedures and QA standards in the organization.
  • Maintains and expands professional and technical knowledge. Need to be willing to learn at a fast pace all technologies and/or programming languages and frameworks that he is exposed to.
  • Proactively contributes at team efforts and take leadership when needed


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: general programming skills (data structures and algorithms), general software lifecycle and testing skills, data modelling skills, hands on experience with: Salesforce.com platform experience, APEX/VF programming experience, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, XML/JSON, HTML (5)/CSS, web services
  • Nice to have: Salesforce.com AppExchange packaging experiance, Java (or other OOO) experience, design patterns, Unix/shell scripting.


Experience level: 4-5 years

 

 

 

 

Data Auditor / Analyst

Description: We need a data analyst / Audit type resource ASAP to validate that cleansed contract and product records in the system matches what is being billed.   

The analyst needs to be versed in analytic skills to recommend and take corrective data cleansing action.   Analyst will be working under SME direction.   Analyst needs to be highly efficient in Excel and vLookups to produce the validation reports.   Analysts needs to understand data model and be able to run Salesforce.com reports.  We can train on Salesforce.com reports, but experiance with Salesforce.com is preferred.

The position is for 8-16 weeks starting ASAP and by Jan 7th.  Rate should be between $50-$80/hour depending on experience.

Auditor Job Purpose: Protects assets by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, and regulations.

Auditor Job Duties:

  • Validates data cleansing / conversion by developing and executing test plans and scenarios including data design, tool design, data extract/transform, networks, and hardware.
  • Improves data integrity by designing and evaluating new data validations, standards, and procedures;

 

  • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
  • Prepares special audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing cleansed or converted data.

 

  • Validate that the converted data is presented correctly in the System and business can perform further actions on this data without any issues.
  • Get the business sign-off on the converted data.
  • Maintains team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; transferring knowledge of data process, techniques, and issues to application and support teams.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Salesforce.com Support Admin


Description: We are searching for outstanding Salesforce.com administrator to perform support and small enhancements.  The developer will work serve client super users and technical team to manage a 650 user implemenation Salesforce.com Salescloud and 2Xoffice Quote-to-Cash series of Force.com packaged applications.

The position is a full-time position in Dallas, Texas area with Salary of $60-80k depending on experience.

Role: Salesforce.com Support Admin

Job Duties:

  • Manages ongoing production support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Triage the trouble tickets and channel them to right team for resolution
  • Acts as a technical interface between IT, business users and suppliers
  • Analysis, designs, configures, develops, tests and implements small application changes
  • Develops reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Data Management – bulk migration and maintenance
  • Supports and drives new opportunities to further develop the Salesforce.com implementation
  • Defines, communicates, and manages a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
  • Sells and trains support personnel and end-users on existing functionality and new features
  • Works with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions
  • In conjunction with the Business Analyst, will analyze existing interdepartmental processes to determine and prioritize strategic business requirements, standardizations and designs

  • Nice to have: Salesforce.com development/integration (Force.com Platform, API, Apex Code, Visualforce, Apex Mobile, etc…), Relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc…), Web Development (HTML, XHTML, Javascript, CSS, Flash, XML, etc…),
