Cisco IP Telephony Lead/PM

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Duration: Long Term

Rate: DOE

 

 

The highlighted is very important. This is client facing role where candidate would be making recommendations to Client on Technical  aspects, managing procurement and vendors, decision making. 80% documentation and 20% technical

 

8-10 Years of Implementation experience in Cisco Voice Technologies, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Voce Gateway, PRI Circuits, E911

 

Essential Responsibilities

1. Technical leading Cisco IPT and UC Implementations projects with Client technical and vendor teams

2. Working knoweldge on Cisco CALL MANAGER,Cisco UNITY Connecttion,PSTN, VoiceGateways, SRST, CME etc.

3. Implemented and Managing MGCP Gateway, H323 Gateway and Inter Cluster Trunks

4. Experience with Staging new UNITY Servers and Cisco CALL MANAGERS

5. Coordinate with international vendors for international trunks/circuits

6. Experience in following : installing new IP Telephony Sites, ver7.1 & ver8.x, Configuring E1s and T1s PRIs, Controlling E1 T1 from CCM, Configuring gateway and SRST and ICT, Making Route Patterns Route Lists Route Groups, Configuring Line Groups and Hunt Pilot and Hunt List, Configuring Media Resource Group, Device Pools, Meet-me, Extension Mobility, CTI Route Points

7. Managing UNITY Servers, validating creation of new single user voice mail accounts, call handlers, restriction tables.

8. Making technical documentations & powerpoint presentations for Senior Management, Project teams towards processes, technical business case, Cost benefit & ROI analysis

9. Candidate MUST have Global Environment Exposure (APAC, USA, Middel-East and Europe) and should be flexible in Timings (Though this is 8-5 job but sometimes required to start day early in the morning and work late nights, occasionally)

10. Strong working koweldge on CUCM 8.5/6 including SIP Methodologies and Gloabl Dial Plan Features.

11. Working knowledge on Telepresence and Inter-op video conferencing with MS OCS RMX200, HDX800 and Cucimoc.

 

 

Certifications MUST Posses :  CCNA, CCVP, CCIE(Preferred)

Cisco Unity Connection

Cisco IPCC/UCCX

Cisco Unified Operations Manager

Cisco Routers (series : 1800, 2800, 3800, 1700 and 7200GSR)
