Position Description: Business Analyst - PeopleSoft

Skills: PeopleSoft - SQL/SQR, PeopleSoft HCM: HR/Benefits, PeopleSoft HCM: Payroll, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)

Duration: 6+ Months

Requested Role: Business Analyst

Office Location: BLOOMINGTON, IL

Rate: $45-$47 (Best)

 

Grm Comment:

 

Candidate must have 8+ Years (minimum) of experience as a Functional Consultant in Time & Labor and Absence Management System business processes ..

Good understanding on Setup tables..

Customization of time entry pages an associated pages ..

Involved in at least two implementation cycles (end to end)..

 Understanding custom T&L rules for large population..

Exposure and hands on PS HRMS 9.0/9.1 and People Tools 8.4x or higher..

Excellent knowledge on Implementation, upgrade and support processes

Experience on Mainframe and well versed with COBOL, JCL, SQRs, Application Engines, CI and People Code….

Understanding on Timecard or other custom process for time and labor data integration

 

Good to have - Hands on to RMS, Auto flow, Control D (Report repository) and Control M (Scheduling Jobs)

Good business process knowledge in Core HR, Admin Workforce and Benefits

Knowledge on Inbound and outbound interfaces and working on files

Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities Good to have

experience of working in onshore-offshore delivery model

Understanding on client's requirement and to be responsible for timely activities
