REQ: Senior Back-end Java Developer with SOA in Dallas,TX

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 18+ months

 Advertising Information:

This Dallas-based industry leader has an immediate 18+ month contract opening for a Senior Back-end Java Developer.  Will be responsible for creating new enterprise business services, Service Oriented Architecture, and supporting existing services in a team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years core back-end Java development experience (Java 1.6 or greater)
• Must have hands-on SOA Experience
• Web Services
• Java Services Development (CORBA preferred)
• XML
• JMS
• Spring
• JUnit testing
• Eclipse
• Oracle
• UML
• Clearcase, Subversion, and/or UCM Source Control
• 5+ years UNIX/Linux
• Agile experience
• Experience designing solutions and creating UML diagrams
• Mule and Spring experience preferred
• Prefer Airline industry experience or experience supporting highly transactional systems (ie. Retail, Banking, etc.)
• Prefer experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer
