PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

The purpose of this Work Request is to provide two (2) Testing/Analyst resources to gather and document requirements, conduct business analysis, develop test plans and test scripts, conduct testing and document defects and provide status reports on progress for the two projects. These resources may also be used for any other testing that is required due to the legistatively-mandated impact testing. 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH PROJECTS

 

Project Assumptions

The Candidate must be available for the entire project. Each candidate as an individual is responsible for completing this prescribed work. The candidate will prepare the test plan, make work assignments, lead quality reviews, and report the status of the Team's work to the Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager on a weekly basis.  The candidates are responsible for owning responsibilities of the prescribed work and working collaboratively, with a positive, customer-service focus, within the mission, vision and values of DOL and the DOL Customer Service promise (reliable, professional, courteous, efficient, responsive) to fulfill  those responsibilities.

 End to End Business Process Work Flow Testing

 Support Application Performance & Stress Testing

 UserTesting

 Operational Readiness Testing

 Post Deployment Testing

 Re-Testing (Regression
