Description

This position will assist in the delivery of the LyondellBasell Close and Reporting Initiative.

The primary result is the design, automation and integration of the business processes to create value through productivity gains, improved business performance and improved decision support.

Candidate will collaborate between the Business Solutions group, various technical development resource groups and the Finance Organization to achieve sustained improvement.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree and 5 -10 years of technical, business, or management experience in increasingly responsible positions.

· Line or consulting experience for the Financial Consolidation and Management Reporting functions is essential.

· SAP FICO and Business Warehouse experience is a must.

· Experience in some combination of business process re-engineering, project management, change management and/or IT systems implementation is required.

· This individual must demonstrate the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, automation alternatives and organizational readiness activities to achieve sustained benefits.

· Candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.

· This individual must be capable of establishing influential and collaborative relationships at various organizational levels.
