Business Change Management Analyst

Position description:
Change Management Analyst to provide business change management support to multiple IT projects.   This person will focus on the people side of change; stakeholder engagement, communication planning, organizational readiness, and planning for training


Roles and responsibilities:

• 5+ years experience in large-scale organizational change management..

• Solid experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and implementing change management programs for SAP projects


• Participate as a project team member for multiple IT projects.
• Follow existing project management methodology and system development life cycle processes for

 

project assignments.
• Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
• Provide project support in the following change management areas:

·         Change Management Professional certification designation is a plus


Change impact assessment Quick reference guides, handouts development
BCM risk assessment Stakeholder assessment
User readiness assessment Stakeholder engagement planning
Preparing user readiness materials Training planning
Communications strategy and planning Training design and curriculum development
Communications development Training deployment planning
Customer satisfaction measurements Training schedule
Presentation development and facilitation 


• Be an active and visible coach to leaders who are change sponsors.

Skills and qualifications:
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with IT project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
• Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change effort.
