C#.net Developer with PL/SQL

Location: Indianapolis, IN (local or nearby)

Job/Project Description:

This is an opportunity for an experienced C#, PL/SQL and VB6 developer to work on a high profile enterprise initiative while also using and getting more exposure to C#.net technology.  This position will primarily focus on development of new enhancements for key organizational systems.  The organization is increasing its migration of systems to C#.net so there is potential that the amount of work in C#.net could increase over the duration of the project.  Duties and responsibilities will include gathering requirements, design, and development in Microsoft C# , PL.SQL, and VB6 technologies collaborating with developers and business system users.  If you are a talented, intermediate to senior level developer looking for work on a longer-term, stable project, this is the one for you!!

 

Required Skills:

--5-10+  years experience with C#.net and ASP.net development

--5-10+  years experience with PL/SQL development

--Experience and/or exposure to VB development

--Must have solid design experience

--Experience working with business users to gather requirements

--Ability to work and communicate well in a team environment

--Experience developing non web-based and web-based applications ideal

 

Desired Skills:

--Experience with JavaScript, HTML, AJAX a plus.

--Experience with Crystal Reports a plus

--Experience with system integration is a plus

--Experience with Linux shell scripting a plus

--Experience WS02 Enterprise Service Bus a plus

--Experience with TFS a plus

--Experience with object relational mappers a plus
