Business Development Manager - US Staffing --- Urgent requirement.

Aim Computer Consulting is a professional IT services company. We have been assisting clients in finding simple and timely solutions to business problems with varying complexity.

 

We currently have a requirement with us for the position Business Development Manager.

 

Looking for Business Development Manage-US Staffing (Night Shift) operations at Hyderabad location. Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants. Must have prior experience with various Tier-1 Vendors and also Direct Clients, should be able to identify/target potential vendors in US.

 

Required Skills:

•             Developing and implementing long term relationships with all vendors.

•             Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.

•             Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written) with a passion for recruitment.

•             Ability to meet tight deadlines.

•             Must have prior experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients and Implementing Partner.

•             Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential clients.

•             Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients.

•             Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.

•             Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants.

•             Constantly interacting with vendors (Tier 1) to understand their resource requirement.

•             Prioritizing the open requirements and assigning to the recruiters.

•             Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation.

•             Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
