We have an urgent requirement with our direct client for a Senior System Application Developer with C#, Silverlight, Entity Framework, WCF, EA, TFS and RUP.

Position: System Application Developer

Location: Columbia South Carolina

Duration: 7 month

Rate: open

 

Candidates presented should focus on the following skills in order to be of interest to the manager:

1. Silverlight Experience
2. Entity Framework Experience
3. In-depth experience and knowledge of the Full Software Development life cycle methodologies.
4. Ability to talk to and understand artifacts created by System Architects.
5. Experience with RUP considered to be a huge Plus.

 

Required Skills

 

·5 years experience as an Application Developer utilizing object oriented programming (OOP)

·2 years experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) designs

·4 years of .NET C# coding experience

·4 years of ASP.NET coding experience

·Experience or strong familiarity with the following is desired:

oSilverlight

oWindows Communication Foundation (WCF)

oCustom behaviors and binding for WCF

oEntity Framework 4

oEnterpriseLibrary 5

oTeam Foundation Server (TFS)

oEnterpriseArchitect (EA)

oRUP

·Strong communication skills

·Must work well in a team environment
