Sr. Business analyst contractor resource is needed for assignment to small and large HR related projects. Day to day activities will include documentation and peer reviews for other Business analysts. Potential projects include Payroll, Benefits and Compensation related requests ( "Changing check message on the paychecks", " Stock options Oracle processing redesign", "Voluntary benefits new plan and integrations"). The contractor in this position will also help with estimates for business analyst involvement for new requests/projects into the team.

Sr. Business analyst with Oracle HCM suite experience (Oracle HR, Compensation, Payroll, Paid time off and Benefits) and good understanding of data integrations. This person also needs to have strong set of business analysis skills and techniques used by BAs to elicit, analyze and manage and validate requirements as well as system design work, such as functional specifications for solutions. Excellent understanding and familiarity with Human resources business processes is required. Demonstrated ability to facilitate elicitation and analysis of business requirements. Demonstrate ability to do functional specifications and unit test cases, as well as good knowledge of Oracle EBusiness Suite configuration and concepts. Strong documentation, facilitation and communication skills in addition to subject matter expertise in HR areas. Familiarity with Business analysis techniques. The candidate needs to be prepared to provide samples of work to hiring manager.
