Urgent Requirement: ITIL BA/Change management

 

ITIL BA /Change Management
Location : Bloomington, IL



This is a request for a Business Analyst with the primary skill set of Organizational Change Management.
The person selected for this position should possess the following skills:

   • Formal education/experience in the work of Organizational Change Management.Prosci methodology background preferred.
   • Experience with ITIL v3 concepts is strongly desired
   • Ultimately accountable for assessing and delivering on the organizational readiness, organizational change,
      communications, and training needs of Service Management and its related efforts.
   • Ability to focus on the needs of varying audiences affected by any degree of change at it relates to maturing
      Service Management at State Farm.
   • Ability to lead portion of work assignments and build relationships across the entire Service Management and
      Systems community.
   • Be an End User Advocate meaning this person will work to determine the best methods for meeting the needs of
      the End Users.
   • This person will consider daily in their work the who, what, when, where, why, and how:
         *  Conducting analysis, providing recommendations and expertise in the design and development of solutions
             that effectively handle the Organizational Change Management, Communication, and Training needs of
             State Farm in the maturation of Service Management processes.
         *  Ability to market Service Management processes to assist in the buy-in of this management process
             within State Farm
         *  Identify and manage potential risks (e.g., people’s resistance to change, communication gaps, etc.)
             that may jeopardize the success of an effort.
         *  Improve impacted associates’/end users/ performance by minimizing the gaps between current performance
             and desired performance.
   • Should be a self-driver, working well with minimal supervision and able to drive own workload.
   • Ability to document, communicate, and manage organizational impacts specifically for Service Management processes.
   • Microsoft Office product skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
   • Ability to navigate SharePoint and build effective communications and presentations

This effort will require a very strong Business Analyst with the ability to communicate to all levels of management,
including executive leadership.  All business areas will be impacted.  Service Management is a highly visible effort
and part of the Systems 2015 Strategies – Operational Excellence.  Our approach to integrating and maturing Service
Management will be a key element of our success.

Due to the soft skill nature of this assignment, screening of potential candidates is required.


This Person should be at a proficiency Level of 5
