REQUIRMENT :

Automation Manager/Specialist

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Rate: $55-$60/hr
Length of Contract:
Start and end date if possible: Start ASAP and minimum 6 months

Skill and Role Summary:
Drive centralized automation group for client and report directly to client executives

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Good experience on automation tools esp. QTP which is bank standard
- Good communication skills, require interaction with project managers to understand various ongoing initiatives to identify automation impacts
- Define and implement processes and “best practices” with regard to automated testing
- Provide guidance and instruction to enforce automation best practices and standards
- Perform Proof of Concepts on next releases of automated testing tools and strategies
- Create forecast/resource planning document based on estimates
- Coordinate and implement training plan for automated tool end users
- Lead the existing client resources working as automation developers
- Automate existing and new manual test cases in collaboration with onshore and offshore team members

Requirements:
Client facing skills, experience in user journeys, leading IA track, Visual design experience

- Proven Analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate, and resolve systems/software application issues through the development & execution of automated testing suites
- Must be able to exercise significant independent judgment within defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing automation related work and achieving objectives
- Research on new testing technologies cutting-edge automation and provide product enhancements and/or recommendations when necessary
