Description

This individual should have extensive Selenium Testing experience and will be taking ownership of company projects and writing and executing scripts. This individual will ultimately perform a knowledge transfer to the QA and Development teams in regards to the Selenium product.

The right candidate will have ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING :

•          Ruby experience, or advanced proficiency in a similar language
•          3-5 years' experience understanding of Selenium
•          Ability to write and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Ruby/similar language
•          Exceptional communication skills

We need a strong candidate who can develop a framework by identifying not only what can be automated, but whether or not certain tests should be automated, (why – what are those conditions), write scripts, maintain/modify/analyze scripts, and transfer that knowledge to development and QA teams.
