.  This person needs to be really strong, with great communication skills and available right away in Atlanta.

Action Script 3 (Flash/Flex) developer.

This individual has to have development background. Design background is a plus but not necessary at all.

Needs to be able to work in team environment. Should be comfortable with subversion and command line (Ant) build scripts.
