• Experience working in Financial Domain
• Experience with web-site development with focus on front-end work
• Experience delivering web sites via mobile. (NOT required to have mobile application experience)
• IBM Websphere Portal Experience a STRONG plus
• JSP, HTML experience
• Some architecture experience
• Experience managing dev teams of 5-7 people plus working with QA
