Need Sr. PL SQL Developer @ ME

We have a requirement with our direct client for Senior programmer. Our client is looking for a highly skilled programmer who also has good experience working with the Oracle DBs and can function as an Applications DBA as required

 

 

Contract Position: Senior Programmer

Location: Augusta Maine

Duration: 6 months

Interviews:  Webcam or face to face

 

 

Required skills:

-At least 10 years IT experience

-Programming in Oracle Forms 6i 5 Years Required
-Programming in Oracle Reports 6i 5 Years Required
-Programming in Oracle PL/SQL 6 Years Required
-Oracle 10g/Application Developer 2 Years Required
-Cobol Read & Modify existing code- Write new module w/in existing program 2 Years highly desired

-Nice to have 1 years of Expresso scheduling tool

-6 yrs UNIX environment experience

-6 years User interactions - Requirements & Design

6 years Extensive knowledge of Oracle 9i/10g

-2 years Knowledge of Oracle 11g

-1 year of programming Oracle Forms 11g is highly desired

**The selected candidate will serve as an Applications DBA performing minor DBA work, and assisting Application Developers to perform Database work. The candidate will also be expected to perform some development work primarily for maintenance and enhancement purposes.**
