Notes from the manager

From a development perspective, needs to have experience in designing XSD schema and WSDL .Needs experienced with the different parameters used to tune the BW engines. On EMS needs to be clear about the nuances of working with sessions, message producers etc. . MUST have a great understanding of SOA/ESB the candidates I interviewed design principles were weak.

Should have experience with Hawk and Tibco RV

We will be looking at 1 very Sr Assoc level and one lead or an arch Developer .

Please can you look for people who have experience on TIBCO and messaging experience with some Java.
