We have an urgent requirement of Sr. Business /System Analyst with one of our direct client in NC.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 1 Year
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Information Technology projects in the roll of business analyst or systems analyst
Minimum of four (4) year college degree majoring in computer science or engineering field or majoring in non-technical field with demonstrated work experience in systems development
Superior oral and written communication skills and negotiation skills
Strong meeting facilitation skills
Full understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to analyze and document business processes, perform gap analysis, and become a subject matter expert
Ability to translate business needs into documented business requirements and system specifications
Excellent organization, analytical, planning and scheduling skills
Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience working in K-12 Education
Experience configuring and implementing Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) software products
Experience leading teams
