Need Senior Program Manager/ Project Manager with min 15 years of exp @ WA

Hello,

We have an urgent requirement of Very Senior Project Manager/ Program Manager  minimum 15 years of experience with one of our direct client in WA.

Location: Seattle/Olympia, WADuration: 12 Months

Start Date: Feb 6^th, 2012

Interview process: In person interview required

Required Skills:

 

                Expert level of experience, (minimum of 15 years), in Project Management, specifically in Information Technology Project Management of large-scale software application development and implementation projects

 

•             Expert level, (minimum of 10 years), of direct personal experience in creating and maintaining IT project deliverable documentation, to include: work breakdown structures, requirements matrixes, project plans, test plans, project schedules and budget analysis

 

•             Expert level of experience, (minimum 10 years), in estimating software development project task durations, costs and levels of effort

 

•             Expert level of experience, (minimum 5 years), in managing eCommerce software application development projects

 

•             Expert knowledge, (minimum 15 years), of the Software Development Lifecycle

 

•             Certified PgMP or PMP

•             Or

•             Minimum of 10 years of documented continuous project management experience in information technology software development projects and knowledge of PMBOK

Work Experience must include projects pertaining to:

•             Web-based application development

•             eCommerce systems

•             .NET application development

•             Integration of disparate information systems

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•             Knowledge of WA State Information Services Board IT

•             Knowledge of WA State Information Services Board IT

•             Knowledge of database architecture

•             Knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures

•             Expertise with MS Project

•             Expertise with MS Visio

•             Expertise with Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect software
