Need Strong SQL 2005 / 2008 development experience. SQL Certification is a big Plus.
Need strong Experience with Front End development.
Scripting / Coding experience (Client isn't concerned with what the experience is, but ideally would like to see PHP or HTML).
Must have strong HTML, CSS and Ajax experience.
