Need Sr. Business Analyst with Business Process Re engineering exp @ MT

Hello,

We have an urgent requirement of Sr. Business Analyst with Business Process Re-engineering Services exp with one of our direct client in MT.

Location: Helena, MT

Duration: 18 Months

Client needs a contractor to provide business process reengineering services, such as a Kaizen Event, or similar methodology, to the programs, bureaus, and divisions within the Department.

They are looking for someone to provide:

The review, description and mapping of current business processes that identify opportunities for improvement, identify areas of and reasons for wasted effort, and brainstorm potential efficiencies in areas to include the following:

·       Interpretation of existing DEQ rules, policies, and guidance documents

·       Potential modification of existing DEQ rules, policies, and guidance documents

·       Organizational structure of the bureau, division, and department

·       Internal response requirements to customer requests

·       Electronic submittal of data

·       Data management

·       Content and format of internal regulatory documents such as permits

·       Format of various customer communication documents

·       Content of various special conditions associated with processes

·      Review of both internal and external communication processes

·       Any other areas that may be identified.

Analysis of current processes and development of an Improvement Plan that includes:

·       Ways to improve workflow and efficient use of staff resources

·      Other process improvement objectives such as the development of written procedures, information packets, training programs, and other suggested improvements as appropriate.

Identify process improvements that result in optimal use of existing staff and financial resources.

Identify short-term and long-term process improvement strategies to be implemented in specific time frames.

Contractor shall provide the client with the following deliverables:

·       Progress reports as determined by the parties at the time of task order implementation;

·       A narrative description and a process map of the process or processes under review;

·      A report that contains a Process Improvement Plan, including a narrative description and a process flow diagram.
