Must Have Skills : • Experience of Data Migration Projects with Oracle databases.
• Experience in designing Data Migration strategy
• Experience in creating Data Mappings and running SQL queries to analyze data for cleansing.
• Experience in writing PL/SQL scripts for Data Migration.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats
• Experience in production deployment activities (Disaster recovery, rollback etc)
Good to have Skills : • Safety domain experience (like Argus, Arisg, Oracle AERS)
• Oracle Argus Implementation certificate
• Argus J implementation & configuration
• Experience in Argus installation, integration with upstream &downstream application
• Experience in leveraging Argus out of box feature for technical requirements
• Experience on different Argus Safety Schemas
• Hands-on experience with PV Safety systems implementation
• Argus/Argus J/Insight Implementation/Upgrade
• Five years of Oracle Health Sciences implementation experience
Technical/Functional Skills : • Overall IT experience of 8 yrs
• Good exposure to the Pharma/Life Sciences Domain.
• Must possess Excellent Communication skills.
• Customer facing role and worked in onsite/offshore model
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts

Generic Managerial Skills : • Resource should be quick learner and self-driven; capable of meeting with Business Users and working cross-functionally to define requirements, configure and deploy solutions
• Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively to meet defined delivery levels in a customer facing role.
Education
:
Bachelor Degree (4 yrs). Master degree preferred.
