This position is for an developer who has experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining .NET distributed applications.
The candidate will be responsible for working in a team environment to drive technical decisions that will produce best in class IVR solutions.
The candidate will provide technical expertise to members of the team and review the current development practices and presents ideas for improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform end to end software development life cycle (SDLC) activities.
Test the software and assure quality
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Install solutions into the production environment
Review changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance
Mentor team members
Technical Skills:
C#
Microsoft .NET
Java Script
Ability to learn VXML
Ability to learn to build Grammars
Ability learn to develop VXML applications using Genesys Composer tool
Ability to learn the Genesys Voice Platform components
