Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain XenApps 5 and 6.5 environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues that end users are facing with Xen Apps.
  • Troubleshoot Xen Desktop related issues.
  • Knowledge of Windows 2003 Server and Windows Server 2008 R2.
  • Install, support and maintain infrastructure according to best practices.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting skills. Ability to manage/support Citrix application builds & release cycles Ability to assist in the monitoring and optimization of Citrix
  • Provide regular Status report and document the process including daily troubleshooting activities.
  • Coordinate with end users regularly to reduce the number of issues
  • Actively use the CA service desk ticketing system to initially log and follow up on Customer's incidents and issues.
  • Initiate improvements; propose ideas to improve the overall quality of the product lines.
