| Roles & Responsibilities | : | - Participate in landscape finalization workshops and define strategy for Data Services landscape
- Perform SAP Data Services installations, upgrades, and support/enhancement package updates
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Transport changes (functionality and data) between Data Services landscapes
- Implementing authorizations and SAP access controls; securing SAP infrastructure network communications
- Maintaining and/or executing backup/restore and disaster/recovery procedures
- Troubleshooting and resolving Data Services system problems
- Implementing SAP component notes and patches; designing and/or documenting SAP procedures
- Interfacing with other technical resources, customers, and external resources such as vendors or peer institutions
