- Participate in solution development with focus on impact to deployment plan, schedule and staffing.
- Document end to end deployment process.
- Identify, document and mitigate process and deployment tool gaps
- Provide routine updates on accomplishments, any risks and roadblocks that arise
- Communicate with stakeholders on schedule, issues and mitigation
- Monitor progress and produce status reports.

| | | Key Skills/Knowledge: | Must Have: - Proven experience of a global upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7.

- Proven in-depth knowledge on the following technical specialisms:
- Microsoft Windows server, Active Directory, SCCM, Microsoft TCP/IP, DNS, Windows 7 Imaging, Deployment and Troubleshooting
- Use of DMZs, encryption technologies, Backup Exec or other Backup system, Mcafee or other Anti-Virus Product
- MCSE or similar qualifications.
