8+  years
Functional Skills
:
  • Expert knowledge in Core HR
  • Solid understanding of Functional configuration/setup tables in Core HR integration of all modules.
 
 
Experience Required
 
  • Minimum of 8 years of functional experience in PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2.
  • Atleast one end to end Upgrade/Re-implementation experience.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
:
  • Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and Preparing Functional Design Documents.
  • functional specifications based on requirements
  • Performs functional design on integrations, reports, workflow and extensions/customizations.
  • Performs configuration and setups
  • Ensures deliverables are tracked and delivered to the project schedule.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in Core HR, Workforce Administration modules.
  • Well versed with PeopleSoft Upgrade/ Re-Implementation Methodology
  • Work closely with application development team
Generic Managerial Skills
:
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
 
Education
:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
