THAT BEING SAID, THE MOST BASIC SKILL SET MY CLIENT WILL TAKE IS  C#, WINFORMS, SQL SERVER, .NET BACKGROUND.  IF THEY HAVE ANY WINDOWS MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE BACKGROUDN THAT IS A MAJOR PLUS.
