Requirement:
Job Title : Tester
Location : Buffalo, NY
Duration : 6 months
Requirement :
Candidates will be performing the day to day testing of an Open Enrollment tool that will be used by the sales force.
Must have Healthcare experience
Must have strong Front end manual claims processing experience in Facets
Must be experts in Facets.
However, they WILL NOT be testing Facets…we ARE NOT looking for Facets testers. They WILL NOT be writing or running Test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, etc…it’s not that kind of resource.
Front End Manual Claims Process testing, BA’s, Configuration Analyst, and User Acceptance Testers are more suitable resources than Facets testers
Must be knowledgeable of configuration…
Must have very good communications skills.
Preferred :
Hands on experience with the subscriber/member application
Understanding of member and group Benefits and benefit Matrices
Understanding of Service Pays, Service IDs in Facets
Understanding of product components in facets
In depth understanding of claims processing including provider payment, member responsibility, copays and coinsurance
Experience testing Member Benefits
Experience testing claims in facets
Experience testing provider pricing
Data Validation experience of member and group benefits
