Job Title : CMOD- IBM Content Mgr

Work Location: US-PA-Bethlehem

Duration : Long Term

 

Required Skills :

This position is responsible for design; installation, administration and support of corporate wide software; presentation, application development and support, development of document archive solutions, and enterprise wide help desk support. The position supports both internal and profit center projects, and may work individually or as part of a project team.

 

Major Responsibilities:

·  Understand the opportunities and business requirements expressed by profit center users and IT customers as they relate to the current version of IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD)

·  Responsible for the analysis of business/IT requirements, technical alternatives and their implementation

·  Ability to effectively communicate business and technical ideas with personnel on all levels.

·  Responsible for electronic and print document design and composition based on project requirements.

·  Development of CMOD application archival solutions based on project requirements.

·  Working understanding of DB2 on zOS, OAM Storage and the functional capabilities of OnDemand Software installation, configuration and support of CMOD.

·  Familiarity with the system internals of CMOD zOS, ODWEK 8.4+ API

·  Help desk support for OnDemand, print software and applications.

 

Required Qualifications:

·  Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

·  3+ years software consulting experience including the implementation, configuration and day to day administration and management of CMOD software solutions.

·  Ability to effectively communicate business and technical ideas with personnel on all levels.

·  Understanding of Project Life Cycle standards and Change Management processes.

·  Experience in the implementation and maintenance of mainframe and web server based products.

·  Knowledge of Xenos transforms, AFP, XML, IBM Content Manager OnDemand , OAM and Zos operating system (including JCL and utilities), preferred.

·  Knowledge of JAVA, MQ series, SMP,XPAF, VPS, TCP/IP, and networking

·  Knowledge of troubleshooting environment, performance, storage related issues and provide root cause analysis for any service disruption
